There’s been a MURDER ON THE ROW… and you’re invited to help solve it!
Join Soapbox Stageworks on Thursday, October 15 at 7 PM for an unforgettable evening inspired by 1940s Cannery Row—filled with mystery, murder, live music, fabulous auction items, food, wine and plenty of surprises.
WHAT AWAITS YOU ON THE ROW…
🎷 Live 1930s & ’40s music by Moon Glow
🔎 An interactive murder mystery
🍷 Food, wine & refreshments
A fabulous silent auction featuring Carmel dining, getaways, wine experiences, Touring Cars, and more
👗 1940s attire encouraged—but certainly not required!
And this night is about much more than solving a murder. Murder on the Row is a fundraiser for Soapbox Stageworks, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit theatre company. Your support will help us launch our Soapbox Kids Kamp and Youth Playwriting Program, including scholarships for children who might not otherwise have the opportunity to experience theatre. Theatre gives young people confidence, creativity, collaboration and, perhaps most importantly, a voice. We are also beginning an ambitious effort to help bring the historic Wharf Theatre back to life and establish a permanent home for Soapbox Stageworks—a working theatre that could welcome our productions as well as other artists and community events throughout the year.
Come for the murder.
Stay for the music, mystery and fun.
And help us bring theatre to the next generation.
We can’t wait to see you on the Row!
